Rollover module. Can it be restored for continued use?

There would be no reason to send in the module if you were told it was the rollover sensor. You can send us the sensor and we can repair that for you.

Call your local dealer and give them the YMM and VIN# and find out what the module is for.

If it is the SDM yes you can send it in if the vehicle was involved in an accident and airbags deployed. If not, again there would be no reason to send the module to us.

Sorry you are correct if it has been damaged, we would not work on it.

Normally if we see a module that should not have been opened, and we see it has been, we don't work on them.

I would get another module.

Is the item pictured p/n: 94732688 the part that I need to send?

GM says it's a Sdm module sometimes called diagnostic unit, F module

But, would you be willing to work on it since Safety Restore Inc. has put that hole and plug in it? (See the photos) Thanks

It doesn't look to be damaged. I think they opened it and realized they were over their head. Would I just be wasting my time and money if I sent it to you to evaluate?

Can you offer any other options?
