My airbag light came on

I should’ve been more specific what happened with my airbag module was my battery went dead and then they had to replace the battery on the car and once they did that the airbag light came on I had never had the airbag light come on prior to my battery going bad so I was wondering if I sent it in if you can clear the code because apparently there’s some kind of code on it from it not having power from the battery going dead I wasn’t sure if y’all could do that. It’s not like it was defective before the bad

Normally a low voltage code is a soft code(a code that can be cleared with any scan tool that reads SRS). If you are still getting this code after the battery was replaced and the code can't be erased. Then more than likely it's a faulty module and will need to be replaced. Sorry to tell you that.

unfortunately, we can only reset the airbag module after an accident with deployment for crash data. 
We don't repair this type of units.
