hi i just took my car to be cheched , still have my air bag blinking , the service place told me my module was never reset .
They want to charge me $150 . How can i assure you guys reset the module . it never work since reinstalled after you sent back .

Were they able to scan your module? If so, what codes are still showing?
I can create a support ticket to have a technician reach out to you but I will need the codes.

No code show but the light still blinks. One hard blink then 9 fast blinks.guy says module was never reset.
I dont know what to think anymore.

Hello,
If there are no codes then the module was reset, we clear out crash history so once you send it to us and get it back there shouldn't be any codes. However, the light blinking leads me to believe that your module has lost communication. I will create a support ticket to have a technician reach out to you and they can let you know what else we can do for you. They will be in touch within 24 hours.
