I sent you guys the airbag module and got it back saying it was OK but after installation the airbag sign is still on the dash. Is there a certain way or am I missing a step? Please help out and thank you for your concern.

Have you scanned it for codes?. We only clear crash history so it may be that you have an active code.
Let me know what codes you are getting and I will create a support ticket to have a technician contact you.
