I sent in my airbag module to get reset. I received it back and it said it had been reset but when I bolt it down and plug it in the light is still on. I replaced all the airbags that went off with new ones and the light stays on. Is it possible the module wasn’t reset?

You can either create your order online or just ship us your part with whatever carrier you prefer just make sure your name, number and return address are outside on the box.Pricing on the belts depend on how many electrical plugs/wires the seat belts has. You can also send back the module along with the seat belt in case it needs to be cleared again, since your module is still under warranty, you will not be charged for the module reset service again.

How do I know how many electrical plugs my prentensioner has? And even if I don’t send the pretensioner in, can I still send the module in to get reset again. Thankyou
The seat belt can have up to 3 electrical plugs/wires. You will have to remove the seatbelt to be able to see how many yours has.

I got my seatbelt out but I’m still a little confused. There are 3 wires on the seatbelt itself but 2 of them plug into 1. And that 1 is the only one of the three wires that actually plugs into the car. Is this 3 or 1? The car is a Volkswagen Jetta sportwagen TDI by the way..
Also, when I send in the seatbelt. Do I just put the module in the box with it and it will be reset free of charge?
Your module is free of charge since it is still under warranty. Please ship all parts in the same box. Thanks.
It is possible that there is something else going on. You should have the module scanned for codes. You can then reach out to us with the codes and we can create a support ticket and have a technician reach out to you.
