Hi, I have a question. I just received my airbag computer that I sent for repair last week. The thing is that I followed the instructions for installation And I think I did everything right but the lights on the dashboard are still ON. I don't know what I can do with that if I have any warranty or if I need send the airbag computer back so you can fix it, or if you can help me through the phone. Let me know how can we resolve this because I really don't know and I need a solution. How can you help me or what can I do?

I hope your day is going well. Upon installing the module did you securely bolt it down with ALL bolts that came off of it?
If not, please be sure the module is securely bolted in with all bolts as there are sensors where the bolts go and the vehicle can detect and will cause the light to remain on. Also, by not completely bolting it down can make the vehicle think it's in a roll-over collision and deployed airbags.
If everything is bolted securely then you will need to get a diagnostic scan done for codes. Those codes will pinpoint why the light remains on. You can contact us back with those codes and we can troubleshoot for you.
