Do I need to reset the used airbag module?

If the original vehicle was in an accident, we are able to reset it for you. 
What we do is erase crash codes and check for communication on the memory side of the module. When that is done and there are no more crash codes then we send it back to the customer. When you re-install the module and codes come back then there might be an internal issue with the module that we could not see. Because when the module is re-installed in the vehicle, The vehicle automatically goes thru a self-diagnosis procedure and if it detects any issues, it will tell the airbag light to come on. Normally if these are pass codes the scan tool you use to read the codes also will erase them.
