2012mazda 3 code B2BCD front crash sensor, air bag light has no blink code on constant after test cycle. changed sensor fixed for several months light back on changed sensor again , no help. can you clear code B2BCD ?

Did you check the wires for crash sensor plug? If the wires were cut before and the wires are now flipped/crossed then the SRS airbag control module does not see the crash sensor because of the wires that are flipped.
If the wires are good and not flipped, then it could be a bad defective airbag control module. We don't repair airbag control modules, we reset crash data/crash history after vehicle was in an accident. In this case you will need to buy a new or used replacement airbag control module. Make sure you the replacement that you get has the same part number. If the part number does not match then it will most likely not work in your vehicle. Hope this answered your question.
