What we do is an airbag module reset. If your vehicle was in an accident, a collision, or you hit a curb or a pothole and the airbag light turned on, then the airbag control module will need to be reset. When you send your airbag module to MyAirbags, we reset all fault codes and check to ensure that there are no other problems with the module. It will store crash data in the airbag control module. MyAirbags can clear crash data and crash codes and airbag control can be used again. Your airbags light will turn off after the reset. 
If you are still getting an airbag light on after the reset, we recommend scanning the vehicle to find out what DTC code you are receiving. It will pinpoint which issue you still need to fix on the vehicle. Once that issue is resolved, that like will go away.
