I have the airbag module removed, and removed the case. I am trying to find out if the file I need is in the12C508A eeprom chip, the MCU. I would like to read the file and send it in to you so that you can remove or correct the crash data for me. then I can write the file back. i understand the fee would be the same.

Sorry to tell you we normally don't work on modules that have been tampered with (opened up) we don't need to open a module to complete a reset service. You can send us the module, but I'm not sure how the tech will deal with it. It's a coin flip. Feel free to reply
