I have a 2021 Toyota RAV4 Prime (plug-in hybrid). It was in a front end collision, the steering wheel and knee airbag went off.
I sent it to a local shop for a reset and they said they couldn’t reset it, said it was too new.
Please let me know what you think, and if you might be able to.

It is worth a shot, we have software for reset purposes up to 2022 for Toyota.

I’ve had two other shops say that they can’t reset it because they don’t have a clear file for it. What do you differently that makes you confident that you can reset it?
I just want to be sure before I send it in.
