2021 Toyota Highlander how to remove the airbag light

My car was in an accident, I believe we fixed the issues, question, we always need to replace the module? And second, if the answer is yes, why the Toyota dealer didn’t find the problem with the module? Thanks

The airbag control module needs to be replaced or crash history needs to be reset to use the same airbag control module. If you are getting a code for the seat belt, then the problem is still with the seat belt. After you get that fixed, you will still have a light on and when you scan for codes, you will not have any codes. At that point when you have no codes and your light is on then it's the airbag control module problem because it will have crash history. We can reset the airbag control module.

It is $54 to reset the airbag control module. It is located under the radio on the floor. To get to it, go thru the side where the brake and gas pedal is.

please “share your company link”. Also, how can I be sure the lights (airbags and check engine) will go away after the module is fix and replace? Remember this is a Highlander Hybrid 2021. According to other sources, they must go but no Toyota Code mentioned the module.
