My 2021 Subaru Crosstrek had a light rear accident. Air Bags never exploded. Seat belt is good. Is no communication between SRS and scanning tools. Light for Passenger Air bag always off. ( If you seat on- no change). Is weight sensor problem or SRS module should be reset ???. Please respond.
Dealer is not responding to me. Please help.

If the airbag module is not communication with the scanner, that means that it has lost communication and you will have to replace it.
We do not have an airbag module in stock for your vehicle.

SRS Module can be or can not be reset.

Your SRS module CANNOT be reset and will have to be replaced.
