I have a 2017 Pacifica that was a flood car.
Scanner say lost communication with Occupant restraint controller. Please call me . I want to get some advice as to whether I need another controller or if this is something you repair

Hello, if it has water damage then it will need to be replaced. We are not able to repair the airbag modules and cannot program one to your VIN once you replace it. The airbag module can be purchased new or used as long as it fits to your vehicle and then will have to be programmed to your VIN. Thank you!
