i have a 2016 honda civic i bought salvage there was no airbag deployed but the seat belt was locked for both driver and passenger and the airbag was indicating on the dash as deployed so i had a technician release the seatbelts but i still see the airbag indicating on the dash. What could the problem be

Although your airbag did not deploy, you will still need your airbag module reset. Make sure that the seatbelts have good resistance and are operating properly. If not, you will still have an airbag light on. No matter what, if the vehicle was in any accident, even if the airbags did not deploy, that module needs to be reset.
