My 2015 Honda Accord was in a flooding. Water came into the cabin up to the seats, so obviously the module was under water. Airbag light is the only light on. I haven’t ran a diagnostic on it, but will the module go bad if submerged in water?

Yes if you had water/flood damage then the airbag control module will be bad for sure. You will need to get a replacement. Get new or used. Make sure to get the same part number. The part number will be on top of the module. The used airbag control module can be purchased at car-parts.com.
