I recently requested my 2014 Honda Accord airbag module reset. I just received my order yesterday and put it in and the light still comes up. Can you tell me more about this? When will it go away or was it not reset correctly?

Can you please have it scanned to see what codes are still showing? We only clear out crash history so it could be that you have an active issue but we will need the codes in order to better assist you.
Once you send me the codes, I can create a support ticket to have the technician reach out to you.
