My Grand Cherokee head restraint recently deployed without any collision. I expect it’s related to the striker pin/sled bracket with extended warranty X88. Is this something you can repair and can you provide a quote. I’m actually in Atlanta if there is an option for drop off/repair. Thanks!

it appears that the vehicle may be detecting a false accident scenario, which could require a reset of the module due to its deployment. We would be glad to perform a reset service on the module. If you have any questions about this service, please don’t hesitate to ask!
