2013 Hyundai santa fe code B16200

Mulvad

Hello there. I have a 2013 Hyundai santa fe sport 2.4l AWD. I have a airbag light on and brought the car to the dealer they said that the SRS module needs to be replaced. The code on the module is B16200. I want to know if there’s other way of fixing this without replacing the module. Thanks in advance.

The light just came on one day. And the scanner says passenger side airbag if that helps.

Thank you for the updated info!

Unfortunately, we only reset the crash data on these airbag modules. So the service that we do here will not help.

Replacement will be your best option.

Thank you!

Before I can recommend  on what you should do next, I wanted to know if your vehicle was in an accident with deployment?

or did the airbag light just come on one day and now giving you thins code?

Let me know Thanks!
