2012 Volkswagen GTI airbag light is on

Hi i would like to enquire. I have recently bought a 2012 Volkswagen GTI Coupe. And the airbag light is on the dashboard. I have did a code read and it reads "B100B1A - Driver Thorax Airbag Igniter" and "B101A15 - Crash sensor for front airbag, driver side".

Could i check how do i get away with this? do i just need the reset module or do i also have to change the sensor on my door?

I do understand from the person i bought the car is accident free but after closer inspection to the door it looked to have been painted before so i am not a hundred percent sure if it was due to an accident or no.

Thanks

Neither one of these codes are crash codes(hard codes). Normally these codes go away after all components have been repaired or replaced and there are not any wiring issues. So a module reset service would not be beneficial to you. We erase crash codes and check for communication.
