I have a 2012 Nissan Xterra that had an accident the side airbags on the left and right popped I did have someone try to reset the module and it said rejected can you guys fix that

What was the reason for them rejecting the module? We can only clear crash history caused by an accident, if they couldn't reset it then it may be time to replace it.
