Can I change airbag module on a 2011 fusion with one out of a junk car with out having it reset to my car

If you do get a used one from a junkyard, make sure tge car was hit in the back. Because then the airbag module should still be good. Also, make sure the replacement part number from the junkyard has the same part number as your original part number. You can always send your original RCM airbag control module to MyAirbags.com to have it reset. Also check your seat belts to make they are good and not locked. If they are they will need tk be replaced as well or sent to myairbags.com for repair. I hope this answered yoir question.
