2009 Mazda 6 was in an accident that deployed airbag

2009 Mazda 6 was in an accident that deployed airbag. We replaced airbag and seat belt but airbag light is still on. Dealer says SAS unit needs to be replaced but quoted $800. I see you offer replacement parts or a reset service for significantly cheaper. Do you recommend ordering a new part or sending in my old one for repair? Are both options plug and play? Thanks!

We can reset it if you just need the crash codes cleared. If they are telling you that the module needs to be replaced because it has internal failure or lost communication then our service won't work for this and you will need to replace the airbag module.
If you wish to send us your part, you can visit our website, MyAirbags.com to create your order and view pricing. Our service takes 24 hours and then it's shipped FedEx Express 2 days.

Thank you!
