I replaced the passenger side airbag sensor and am now getting a B0105 code. This is a 2006 Silverado V6 4WD. Code reads incorrect electronic front end sensor 2 installed.
SDM received ID message from front impact sensor which does not match ID stored in SDM memory.
The part no. 10370149 is exactly the same as what I took out.
Do I need to have the SDM reset or is there another problem that needs to be addressed?

No. The sensor just went bad.

You will need to take it to a mechanic to let you know what you need to do next. We are only able to clear out crash history in modules and do not repair sensors.
