Hello, i have a 2005 Acura RL that was in a collision. No airbags deplolyed, and the only code i could get was No communication with srs unit.
I bought a salvage unit, and i could finally get codes, and i got 85-64 amd 81-64, saying the ECU serial ID code is inconsistent.
Can your service help me? Should i send you the unit my car originally came with, or the salvage unit? I turned the car that the salvage unit was in on, and it didnt have an airbag light, but it does in my car, having those errors

Hello,
Our reset service will not be beneficial for this issue. However, these codes lead to the passenger weight sensor. If you changed the passenger seat you will need to find the old seat and remove the original OPDS computer and put it on the new seat. If you did not, then the weight sensor needs to be recalibrated. This can be done with a scan tool.
