is this the original module to the vehicle? If not, was the new module programmed to the vehicle's VIN? Thank you!

Yeah it’s fine original one out the car
I tried a second hand one came with fault incorrect chassis number I have Autel maxisys elite to code the second hand one but comes with fail

we can only clear crash history in the event of an accident. If you cannot clear the module then maybe its time to replace.You should take your vehicle to a mechanic. Thank you.
