1999 Toyota Tacoma airbag module reset service

I purchased a 1999 Toyota Tacoma used and the airbag light was on when I purchased it. The previous owner had stated it was on because the seatbelt was cut and he removed the seatbelt. I replaced the seatbelt but the light continues to be on, as far as I know the airbags were never deployed. Do you think that an airbag module reset service would fix this?

Thank you,

If your vehicle was in an accident, we are able to reset it for you. What we do is erase crash codes and check for communication on the memory side of the module. When that is done and there are no more crash codes then we send it back to the customer.  Have you scanned the vehicle to see what codes you are receiving? There is a 24 hour turnaround time for the service and the cost is $54.99 plus shipping. Please visit our website, MyAirbags.com to create your order, view pricing and print out a FedEx shipping label that you can use to ship your part to us. We will send you a notification for payment once we are done with the service.

Thank you!
