1999 Ranger module problem

Need an RCM reset for a 1999 Ranger PN: XL5A-14B321-AC. One place said it doesn't store information, but after repairing the airbag components the code says it does. Is that one you do?

Good Morning,
I'm happy to assist you with that.
Was the vehicle involved in a accident with deployment?
Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.

Good morning,
Yes, it was involved in an accident and both airbags deployed. Both airbags have been replaced and now that they've been installed I have an airbag light that flashes once, pause, and then nine flashes (which I understand indicates the RCM has recorded a deployment?)
Thank you,
