The SRS module in my 2007 gmc 3500 HD stopped communicating. After removing it was obvious corrosion could be the problem. It looks like moisture has penetrated the internals from the backside. I’ll attach photos. I also have another numbers matching SRS module from a wrecked vehicle that looks intact but is showing front impact and airbags deployed. Which would be the least expensive route for me? Have the original repaired or the other reset ? Thanks for the help!

The best option would be to send in the one that has the crash codes. We won't be able to repair the corrosive one and we don't have any of your module's part numbers in stock at this time. The reset for that module will be $54.99
