I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee. My active headrest deployed by itself due to defective parts in the headrest. I live in the USA but my Jeep was originally sold in Canada. Even though Chrysler will normally cover this repair, they won't for me because the Jeep is Canadian. Do you fix this defect? Thanks
