| That is actually the best way. Any wire today that has data running thru it it is always best to solder and heat shrink the wires. | |||||

| Dashboard reports SRS alarm. DTC is B0136 LH seat positioner. Error cannot be cleared. Pulled yellow connector off assemblage, placed short on yellow connector and tester reports short and error can be cleared Sprayed contact cleaner on connector and seat belt assembly electrical port and gently moved seat belt assembly electric pins a bit to see if problem was connection. | The resistance of my 2011 ford e250 passenger side buckle is reading 3.5-3.7 ohms and triggers an airbag warning light. When using a 2.2 ohm tester on the connector, it was still reading the same values meaning my buckle is fine. When hotwiring the 2 ends of the connector without tester, it reads a value of 1.4-1.45 ohm. Also it this value, it triggered a warning light since it's too low (i suppose). This makes me believe the issue must be cause by the wiring or connector. Does this sound right to you? And do you offer service for repairing this? I'd love t ... | |||||

| Hello, I have a 2014 Honda Civic EX, VIN# 19XFB2F87EE076911. My car is a rebuilt after a side collision and the seatbelt will not retract anymore and iam assuming because of the accident. When looking to replace the front driver side seatbelt mechanism i noticed that it did not have a seat belt tensioner connector. Iam unable to find the connector and it seems that during re-built they somehow re-wired. Do i need the seat belt tensioner connector for the belt to retract and function?
